Now Available: Monday Night Member Call with Ben & Kerry – TONIGHT at 6pm PST!

During this call, we announce two cool new features coming to the Rock Star Triathlete Academy soon, and answer all your triathlon and nutrition questions for this week, including:

Assuming one is not brand loyal, what kind of things should one look for when buying a new bike; ensuring the fit is rock solid and you’re able to walk out of the shop with the confidence you bought the right bike for you. I’m looking for things to look for in the bike shop, the fitter and subtle differences amongst the brands.

You have addressed the issue surrounding the health benefits of eating appropriate amounts of natural saturated fats before on the calls. I was wondering is there a reccommended maximum/minumun of percentage of calories that should come for there fats in the daily diet?

How do you avoid “peaking” too early for a race?

Remember, you can click on any of the calls below to participate LIVE during the call, or, if you’d prefer, you can simply click on the call now, ask your question, we’ll answer it during the call, then you can download and listen later! Unless indicated otherwise, all calls are at 6pm PST/9pm EST.
