Len Brownlie, Aerodynamics Genius, Call Now Available!

In this interview, questions we answer include:

was there a special design used in alberto contador’s time trial helmet?

can a cycling time trial suit be worn for triathlon, and if not, are there certain things I should look for in a time trial suit?

are there certain bike fitting protocols, like retul, FIST, or Serotta, that are better than others? What should I look for in a good bike fit?

what is a dream triathlon bike, and what is the best wheel set-up?

what are some simple things one can do to improve aerodynamics over a Ironman distance bike? I’ve heard keeping your head still, and keeping your knees tucked in, but any other easy ones?

I bought my TT bike (Felt S32) from a friend who almost exactly the same size as me. I have been riding for a over a year now. It feels great, but is there anyway I can tell whether or not paying the money to get a fit would help me?
