Gluten free has become more popular and people who try going gluten free often notice a positive benefit in their training and racing. So during March, Kerry will be posting some good gluten free recipes that he personally uses – and they’ll all have ingredients that are gluten-free, refined sugar free, dairy free and trans fat free.
