What is your biggest swimming issue?
For me, my problem is “getting into the zone”. In this case, that’s not a good thing! What I mean is that during a long swim set, such as 400+ yards, I find that my mind wanders and my form begins to suffer, so I drop my elbow, begin to kick from the knees, and get sloppy with my breathing and hip roll.
